At Anchored Wellness, you will receive personalized, evidence-based lactation support to meet you wherever you are in your feeding journey. From prenatal preparation to breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, and beyond, consultations are available in-home, in-office, or virtually. We will provide practical guidance, compassionate support, and confidence as you navigate feeding your baby.
Prenatal Consults
Congrats on your pregnancy! This consult is great for first time moms or moms who have had breastfeeding challenges in the past. We will complete a full health history, discuss your main concerns and cover breastfeeding basics, including position & latch, what's normal, breast pumps & more to help you be prepared when baby arrives. Complimentary "Success Guide for Expecting Mommas" included to help you throughout your pregnancy and keep you and baby nourished and growing well!

Lactation Consults
Baby is here and you need help! This consult can be in-person or virtual and lasts 75-90 minutes. It includes a thorough health history, an observation and assessment of a nursing session, a pre- and post-feed weight check and oral assessment (in-person only), a customized care plan, a report to your health care provider(s). Complimentary "Success Guide for Nursing Mommas" included.

Follow-Up and More
Follow-up care is to be expected! A follow-up consult can be in-person or virtual. Follow-up care is for current clients only and includes comprehensive care for mom and baby.
